WHAT IS IT?
Spring Town Key Loss Service is the comprehensive loss protection service that helps you get your lost keys back.
The system works by combining the advantages of the world wide web and high-tech communication methods with the simplicity of permanent serial numbered ID labels. In a nutshell, you place the Spring Town Key Loss Service labels on allyour keys. Then if they disappear, the label tells the finder how to return it. Perhaps as important, Spring Town Key Loss Service acts as an intermediary between owner and finder, so all your personal information remains personal.

WHAT DOES IT COST?
Spring Town Key Loss Service system is also free. Apart from receiving the labels free, you pay nothing unless a lost item is found. Then you only pay only the shipping charges if any. Or we can connect you with the person who found your keys and
you can make arrangements directly for recovery. It's also convenient and there is no cost for finders. They simply call our office or email us and we will make the arrangements.

WHERE CAN YOU USE THE LABELS?
More than just keys. Anything that's valuable to you and vulnerable to getting lost.

Extra key tags are available for a nominal processing fee of $6.00 per three key tag package.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOOSE SOMETHING?
You don't have to do anything at all. We'll contact you immediately when your items are found. If you wish, you can also call us at (905) 670-6666 or email us at info@springtown.com to report your loss, change the reward, or write a message or special return instructions to finders.

WHY IS THE SPRING TOWN KEY LOSS TAGS BETTER THAN JUST WRITING MY NAME ON VALUABLES?
Spring Town Key Loss Service motivates finders to return your keys or valuables by making it convenient. Most important reason: the tags keep personal information personal. We act as an intermediary. If the keys are stolen and a thief tries to search the owners address, the Spring Town Key Loss Service will prevent private information from being released. We act as an intermediary.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION CHANGES?
If your telephone number changes, simply call our office and give us your new information. Please refer to the key tag serial number for identification. We only need your name and telephone number. Your address is only required if the keys are returned to our office.

HOW DOES THE SPRING TOWN KEY LOSS SERVICE PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY?
Spring Town Key Loss Service enables the owners to get keys and valuables back, but keeps the personal information of both the finders and owners personal. Since all returns and transactions are made through us, both parties remain completely anonymous. Of course, if the owner wants to contact the finder, we can facilitate that if both parties consent. Or if there is a reward mentioned then we will give the owner the contact information.

DOES THE SPRING TOWN KEY LOSS SERVICE DETER THEFT?
While we mainly facilitate the return of lost items, STUFFBAK labels help deter theft. Police say that labels reduce "opportunistic" theft, make it harder to resell stolen goods, and greatly aid in identifying owners of recovered property.

WHAT DOES THE SERVICE COST?
Spring Town Key Loss Service is an ongoing protection service. You are only charged if the finder wants a reward for recovery, in which case we will forward their contact information directly to you. The only other cost is for additional key tags.

WHY WOULD SOMEONE RETURN YOUR VALUABLES?
Most finders want to return items because they are good Samaritans. But the main reason is that the keys have a return label. It is human nature to return something if it has a method to do so. In the past we have had good Samaritans returns keys just by the virtue of the imprinted logo on the keys of the rental properties.

CAN YOU GET ALL THE KEY TAGS WITH THE SAME NUMBER?
Each of our labels has its own unique Serial Number. No two labels are the same. This allows you to tag and identify your own personal items.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU SELL YOUR SPRING TOWN HOME OR MOVE OUT OF A SPRING TOWN RENTAL PROPERTY? ARE YOU STILL PROTECTED?

HOW DO YOU APPLY THE KEY TAGS?
Attach the tag to any key chain. For brief cases, laptop cases, luggage, backpacks, simply add a key ring and attach to the zipper or any area that permits the ring to be attached.

DOES THE SPRING TOWN KEY LOSS SERVICE WORK INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. Email is a great communication tool. The finder simply emails us and we will make the arrangements to reunite the lost item.

HOW DO YOU ACTIVATE THE SPRING TOWN LOSS SERVICE?
If you are a tenant in any of the rental properties, the registration is automatic when you receive your keys. If you purchase a new home, you will receive a form to be returned by fax, email or mail to our office and we will automatically register your information.

WHAT IS SPRING TOWNS LIABILITY?
This is a value added service therefore Spring Town and it's group of companies, subsidiaries, directors or its licensors, under
no circumstances shall be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, this service or the return or non return of items, including the damage or misuse of them.
