  Since 1959 Springtown has been building new offices and homes the way   Canadian's want them:
  Solidly constructed, carefully designed, in a wide variety of types and styles in the
  choicest possible communities.

  Springtown Business Parks and Homes,a family business started by Mario DiPede,
  when he emigrated from Italy and became a bricklayer in 1953. Today, owning and
  managing 24 industrial and commercial buildings in the Mississauga area. They   construct 250 to 300 homes a year, mostly in nearby Brampton and Woodbridge.

  Now Mario's two sons, Tony and Dave Di Pede are the vice-presidents of Springtown   Business Parks and Springtown Homes.

  These 3 men, Mario, Tony and Dave have brought together their skills, knowledge and   the standards of excellence to   which they have always adhered .

  Their commitment to quality, location and demands from clients has brought their firms' great success over the last 30   years and will also carry them successfully into the future.
